Our standard out-of-pocket fee for a session is $150. Many of our therapists offer a sliding scale based on financial need. We encourage you to ask about this option during your discovery call—our goal is to make therapy a sustainable part of your wellness journey.

If we are not in-network with your insurance, we are happy to provide a superbill to support out-of-network reimbursement.
